And please note that I did make it pretty clear that terrorists are more evil. Hence the issue. It wasn't clear that you were attempting to be satirical when you compared them to terrorists in that article. Either you should have gone bigger or more ridiculous, (say, more loathsome then a clown at a NAMBLA conference) or smaller (say more loathsome then reality tv stars.) Using terrorists as the example just comes across as either crazy or lacking perspective. You might do parody, but not every article you post is parody. Hence the issue. I know of a guy who is paralyzed. He goes around with rulers and measuring devices to local businesses to make sure they’re in complete compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. In EVERY. I think if you had gone without that allusion, you'd have gotten less criticism, and there's plenty of evidence that litigation happy people are terrible people wihout going into more-terrible-then-a-terrorist-not-really-but-in-this-specific-way-that-I'll-only-explain-in-the-comments.
